The morning routine I wish I started sooner
The routine that helped me most was not dramatic. It was boring, repeatable, and easy to remember.
I start with water before coffee, real food before errands, sunlight before scrolling, and a slow walk if the morning feels foggy.
The second part is planning ahead. I do better when I support the body before bed and again in the morning, instead of waiting until I already feel behind.
There is no perfect rule here. A realistic routine beats an ambitious one that only lasts three days.
My personal question now is simple: what would make tomorrow morning easier for me?
